Introduction

Purpose of this page is to help new members intergrate with our community in the best way posible and thereby aid in our goal of providing a safe space equal to all members.

When someone registers to become a member of our community here at The Valiant Christianity they automatically agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions as presented on this page (https://valiantchristian.com/terms-and-conditions). It is the responsibility of each individiual member to completely read & fully understand our Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Our Terms & Conditions is a binding contract and a legal agreement under law.

Members of the Valiant Christianity community must consent to our terms & conditions as stated on this page. This is done by checking the “I agree to Terms & Conditions” box at registration. By accepting our Terms & Conditions you agree to full accountability of your members account. It is your individual and personal responsibility to keep your account and password safe as you are solely responsible for that which is shared and written with your username/your account. Member responsibility applies to all features available on this platform, including private messaging.

Members are expected to uphold values such as inclusivity & ethical conduct.

Our online environment welcomes members from all backgrounds who seek to grow and socialize on our platform.

You must be the legal age of 13 or above to register as a member of our platform.

Our terms & conditions does not allow an individual under the age of 13 to register and engage with our community.

Privacy

• Personal information such as address and social security number may not be shared on our platform. 
• Publishing images or personal information of minors (anyone under the age of 18), known or unknown to you, is not allowed. In cases of minors in the background of a photo they must be entierly blurred out and beyond recognition before uploaded.
• You may not share anything that can help identify other members.

Standards

• You must register as an authentic person, group or organisation. Prohibiting antagonist accounts.
• Usernames may not contain words that are offensive, have questionable combination of letters and/or words or be too similar to words that are considered bad.
• Profile pictures may not be ethically questionable.

Accountability

You are held as sole responsible for your account and anything shared or written under all circumstances on our platform. 

In the event of membership breach of our Terms & Conditions we may terminate member account without warning or notice. The Valiant Christianity renounces responsibility of any and all personal membership /account data loss under such circumstance.

You may NOT

• Spread disinformation, nor misinformation to the best of your knowledge.
• Share sensitive content.
  • Examples of sensitive content: 
    • Your own home or work address, or the home or work address of someone else.
    • Your own personal phone number, or the phone number of someone else.
    • Personal conversations.
    • Embarassing pictures.
• Share content that is considered illegal.
  • Examples of illegal content:
    • Sexual abuse, terrorism, organ sale, human trafficking, illegal drugs, endangered animal products, slander, fraud, impersonation, threatening, incitement or instructing people to do illegal activities or harm. Etc.
• Share content that is considered offensive. This include content that go against our community orientation.
  • Examples of offensive content: 
    • Hate motivation, harassment, humiliation, intimidation, hostility or crime on the basis of race, origin or nation, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender and identity. 
• Create links from our platform to websites or files/downloads that are considered harmful or improper. Or websites that link to websites or files/downloads that are considered harmful or improper.
  • Examples of things that are considered harmful or improper: 
    • Websites and links/downloads that has viruses, are adult themed, commit commercial scams and websites that in any way poses a risk to our platform, the owners or our members.
• Share files on our platform such as documents or images (any uploadable file and file type apply) that could introduce risk of any kind to our community, owners, moderators or registered members.
  • Example risks of contaminated uploads: 
    • Malware infiltration, viruses, worms, ransomware, loss, security breach, exposure that jeapordises personal integrity.
• Use Minglo to decieve, con, scheme, or in any way endanger our platform, owners or members.
  • Examples:
    • Sending predatory content to another member
    • Net phishing attempts, scare tactics or attacks.
• Use The Valiant Christianity to plot illegal activity or immoral conduct, create illegal or immoral networks or organizations/structures/systems, perform net phishing attempts scare tactics or attacks.
• Do anything that could put our users, user data, or user devices at risk.
• Risk damage to The Valiant Christianity (including community/platform, owners, administrators ) in any way. Including but not limited to reputation, financial, material or else.
• Contribute to the risk of invasion of privacy of Our community or owners.

Group rules

Be mindful of the information that you share.

Following our Group rules helps prevent removal of the content that you share. Our Group rules are created to support a less cluttered and more structured environment that becomes easy to navigate.

You can turn to the admin or a moderator if you have questions or concern. 

• Stay on topic – Contribute topic relevant content.
  • Our Groups are specific, see which Group is best suited for your interest.
  • Link only to content related to the topic.
  • #Hashtags shall be topic relevant.
• Post additional information/comments in comment section under main post instead of creating a new post.
• Review your text before posting.
  • Are you getting your point across?
  • Is your text well structured to help prevent misinterpretation and misunderstanding?
  • Is your text best sent in a private message instead of in a Group?
  • Did you formulate your text so that it is not recieved as judgemental?
  • Is the information misleading, did you fact check?
  • etc
• Always be mindful of the information that you share when you participate in discussion.
  • Did you accidentally include information that you want to keep private?
• Etc

Protection of Our Platform & Good Name

To facilitate safety, security and the well-being of The Valiant Christianity (including: community/platform and owners) we renounce any involvement in -and/or knowledge of any unlawful act and/or immoral conduct that any member registered with our community may engage in.

The Valiant Christianity may provide/disclose any and all information known to us in the case of a legal conflict between members. We may initiate and conduct investigation and are under no obligation to withhold nor protect member data nor private information during such circumstance. 

In the event of legal dispute between The Valiant Christianity and member (previously registered with us or current alike). We are entitled to prioritice and act in Our best interest at all times and denounce obligation and responsibility towards counterpart in regards to health, employment and economy, residence, reputation, loss, accident, or else. Including external influences and unexpectedd circumstances. You may not slander nor make misleading statements, spread false information or rumors or in any way contribute to something that could lead to the harm or damage of Our good name and reputation, breach our privacy or disclose our sensitive information, disclose personal information about us, lead to economic downfall, or else. Intentional nor accidental, during legal dispute nor after settlement or judgement.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties.

Your information protection and data privacy does not apply to legal processes.

Terms & Conditions apply on both members only accessable pages and pages that does not require logging in to view.

Registration is voluntary and required to participate.

We inform our members of changes made to our Terms & Conditions. It is upon the individual member to provide us with current and updated e-mail address. The responsibility to see, read and understand any changes is upon the member.
